DLI is creating Private Freight Terminals at its Integrated Logistics Parks at Nagpur, Anekal and Palwal for handling and transportation of Bulk cargo. Value Added Services will be provided for:

• Cement (infrastructure projects (highways) and housing demand)
• Salt & Sugar (inward volumes for local consumption)
• Fertilizers
• De-oil cake

The following warehousing services will be created at the Integrated Logistics Parks and the CFS- linked FTWZ at Chennai:

Transit and Bonded Warehousing will be provided in the Custom Bonded Areas in the ILPs and CFS linked FTWZ

Covered and open warehousing for Domestic cargo will be provided at the ILPs

Customer Specific Warehousing

While general warehousing for Exim and Domestic cargo is provided by DLI, the Company is also creating Customer Specific Warehouses which will be built on the basis of Long Term Contracts for requirements greater than 100,000 square feet. These are unique opportunities for creating mother warehouses and distribution centres with excellent rail and road linkage at strategic locations.

DLI is creating Automobile Logistics Parks for providing end-to-end solutions for transportation and distribution of automobiles. With the strategic location of ILPs at Palwal (NCR), Borkhedi (Nagpur), Chennai and Anekal (Bangalore), it is possible to provide these services to Automobile OEMs located near these Automobile Logistics Parks. These services can be provided for automobiles moving in containers or car-carrier wagons.

DLI is providing logistics services for movement of Liquid Cargo in containers. Liquid Tank Farms at the Integrated Logistics Parks at Palwal, Borkhedi and Anekal will enable services for large and small consumers. The Liquid Tank Farm will enable Just In Time deliveries in small quantities to customers, who do not have adequate storage capacity.

The H&T Division is providing the following services

• Providing road transport services on Pan-India basis for containerized and bulk cargo for corporate customers

DLI provides a basket of value added activities like kitting, labeling, packing, shrink wrapping, invoicing, cheque collection, extended IT support services etc.
